How do we ensure consistent delivery of a quality service?
In addition to our staff recruitment and training activities, we also strategically invest in our vehicles and the equipment contained within, including regular servicing of the fleet and annual servicing of key ambulance equipment. This ensures that, under normal conditions of service, our PHECC registered EMT, Paramedic and Advanced Paramedic practitioners are suitably resourced to allow them to deliver optimal clinical care at all times.
We are pleased to announce that we have taken delivery of 4 new ’141′ Renault Master ambulances, as part of our fleet upgrade programme. In keeping with our ethos for supporting Irish business, we contracted with an Irish vehicle converter, Wilker Ireland, based in Clara, Co. Offaly, to supply these vehicles and with ATSR, based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, to provide the electronic systems and software specific to the ambulance functionality – lights, batteries, power, eco-driving, driver monitoring, etc.
