Lifeline Ambulance Service was established in 1988 on September the 28th by the CEO David Hall. Lifeline ambulance service is a wholly owned Irish private ambulance company in Ireland. Lifeline has been treating and transporting an ever-increasing number of patients every year since 1999. Now 25 years later we are Irelands largest and No.1 private ambulance company. Alongside being the number 1 private ambulance service in the country we also have our Lifeline Ambulance education service, which is an educational program where we host a variety of courses nationwide that include CFRA, E.M.T and many more, the schools main headquarters is in Galway. We operate from 11 bases we have throughout the nation them being : Leixlip which is also our headquarters, Letterkenny, Waterford, Wexford, Castlebar, Tullamore, Sligo, Cavan, Galway, Kilkenny, Limerick. Five days a week we manage an average of 38 ambulances and 13 each day at weekends. In addition we operate an exclusive service of organ transplants throughout the country. As of today we have 49 ambulances with 20 new arriving in 2024 and 10 organ transplant vehicles.We also employ over 200 staff which consist of dispatchers, E.M.T’s, Paramedics
