At Lifeline Ambulance Service, we are proud to maintain a balanced workforce, with equal representation of men and women across most pay quartiles and a strong commitment to pay equity. Our mean gender pay gap of 48% (women) to 52% (men) reflects an overall fair distribution of earnings, from our data this difference can be associated to more overtime being completed by males in our organisation.
