WORK WITH LIFELINE
EMT / Paramedic practitioners must be registered with the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council.
The role is to provide patients with a high standard of patient care, while delivering support and evaluation in a pre-hospital setting.
Responsibility includes:
1. Safe inter facility transport of non-emergency patients.
2. Deliver care to patients in an emergency while arranging Advanced Life Support backup.
3. Provide safe and secure transport of specialist teams.
4. Provide logistical and transport support to organ retrieval teams.
5. Where necessary respond to emergency calls in a professional and timely manner
6. Work within all company policies and PHECC clinical Practice Guidelines.
7. Attend to patients / relatives in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Portray a image of leadership and control at all times.
9. Record all treatments and interventions using our electronic Patient Care Recording
Platform.

The controller is part of a team that operates from our Leixlip headquarters.
The role of all staff within the operations centre is to provide a vital link between clients and our operational staff. Dispatchers are responsible for liaising with our clients to offer them the best quality assured solution to all their transport requirements. Operations Centre staff are required to manage all aspects of a modern control centre, including call taking and recording, planning, and scheduling.
